Heath Harris
Lead Pastor
Pastor Heath and Beth Harris have served Sanctuary since January 2014. Beth serves as Sanctuary's Kids Team Leader and works fulltime as a Physical Therapist. Pastor Heath and Beth have two daughters, Arianna and Atalee. Heath and Beth were both raised in Missouri, but Pastor Heath's family calls southeast Arkansas and northeast Louisiana home.
Pastor Heath has been in fulltime ministry since 2008. He was trained and served in Chi Alpha Campus Ministries for 5 years and then as an Associate Pastor for 5 years before coming to Sanctuary. He completed his ordination through the Assemblies of God, holds a BA in Psychology, a certificate in Crisis Counseling and Suicide Prevention, and a MA in Biblical Studies.
He is an annual adjunct professor for the Caribbean School of Theology, assists various positions within the Louisiana Assemblies of God, and is currently the president of the LaSalle Ministerial Alliance. In 2016, he helped plant the LaSalle Parish Celebrate Recovery and in 2019 began overseeing the LaSalle Parish Angel Tree Ministry.
Pastor Heath's passion and gifts are teaching the Word of God, equipping leaders, and launching ministry teams to impact their community. When not doing ministry, he loves hiking and kayaking with his family.

Bradley Kitterlin
Youth Pastor
Bradley and Heather Kitterlin joined Sanctuary's staff fulltime in January 2024, after interning in 2023. Bradley and Heather are Jena natives. Bradley worked in the oil field before sensing the call to full-time ministry. He is currently pursuing ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God. When not doing ministry, Bradley co-owns a machine rental company. He enjoys working on vehicles and riding anything that goes fast.

Michelle Joubert
Church Administrator
Michelle joined Sanctuary's team in January 2022 and serves in the church office, assisting our pastoral staff and ministering to our church family. When not doing ministry, Michelle loves hanging out and traveling with her young adult daughter Gabs.

Reagan Franklin
Worship Team Leader
Reagan coordinates Sanctuary's Worship Teams each Sunday and joined our team in 2024. She is one of the editors for the Jena Times newspaper. When not doing ministry, she loves reading, sharing life with her two dogs, and hanging out with family and friends.

Evelyn Thompson
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Evelyn is an elder at Sanctuary and an ordained Assemblies of God minister with over 50 years of ministry experience. She is a former Vice President of Southern Heritage Bank in Jena and mother of four. Before his passing, she and her husband, Pat, planted Maranatha Assembly of God, now Life Point Assembly, in Jena. She has served in various roles as interim pastor, women's speaker, Bible teacher, and more. She is gifted in prophecy and teaching. When not in ministry, she loves visiting her grandchildren and great grandchildren in Houma, Louisiana. Her son Rev. Eddie Thompson was the former pastor of Sanctuary, before his passing in 2013.
