I'M NEW

Welcome home.

You are only a guest once at Sanctuary, then you are a part of our family. We want you to know that we strive to accept everyone in God's grace, demonstrate love, and develop relationships based on speaking the truth. We believe Jesus was real, relevant, and radical like that. Thanks for checking out our site and getting to know us.

Who We Are

We are an interdenominational Spirit-filled church in Lasalle Parish, Louisiana. We value our diversity, we guard our unity, and we love Jesus. We believe only Jesus saves from sin and He's given the power of the Holy Spirit to cleanse hearts, give spiritual gifts, and empower people to tell the Good News of His kingdom.

What We Do

We worship Christ together. We pray. We build up one another in love and faith. We study and teach the Word of God to all generations. We evangelize and serve our community. We give and support God's global mission.

What's Different

We're a warm place to call home, but we are stretching ourselves to reach more for Christ. We're down-to-earth, but using all means to engage generations. We believe in a denominational covering for accountability and are a part of a network, but all denominations are represented in our membership.

When we meet.

Sunday Mornings

9:00 am and 11:00 am

Wednesday Evenings

6:30 pm
and other times for various groups and events.

What to expect.

"What do I wear?" We don't have a dress code. Just come in whatever is modest and comfortable to you; you'll fit right in.
"What do my kids do?" We have kids worship for ages 0-12 every Sunday morning that involves crafts, interactive lessons, multi-media and more. Our volunteer kids' team has background checks, receives training, uses an approved curriculum, and is under video surveillance.
"What's your service like?" Our Welcome Team will help you find a seat, grab a coffee, or visit our Kids Church Check-In. We start off with 5-10 minutes of pre-service worship and prayer while you're coming in. During worship, we typically sing a mix of contemporary Christian worship songs we feel are Spirit-led and Christ glorifying. Our leaders will give announcements and receive the offering from our members (don't feel pressured to give). Next, our pastor will preach and teach around 30-35 minutes a challenging and relevant Bible-based message. He normally uses the ESV or NASB translations (for those who want to know). Then, we'll close with another time of worship and prayerful response. After service, visit our Welcome Booth for a free gift; and don't forget to take your kids home, if you brought any!
